Skyline Views & Rooftop Deck
Living in the historic Battery Building will put you in a park and boulevard setting. Built in 1920, this terra cotta-outlined, tapestry brick building was at the heart of Kansas City’s earliest automotive hub. After a meticulous restoration, the 12 two-bedroom loft units will feature historically accurate detailing including exposed concrete beams and/or high industrial ceilings – all complemented by modern amenities, such as large environmentally efficient windows and state of the art wiring.
